We make all our boxed chocolates by hand! It's a labor of love! We use Belgian and Swiss chocolate along with high quality flavorings to make the very best artisan truffles available. We make your order on the same day we receive the order if received before 11:00AM CDT. We think the normal shelf life of Artisan Truffles is about 10 days but, we are still not sure cause none have ever lasted the long once delivered. Keep chocolates refrigerated.
