Up to 20 pounds of genuine Belgium Milk, White or Semi Sweet Dark chocolate. We provide the wooden fork skewers and white napkins for 200 guests. White chocolate is a special order and must be paid for in advance.

 For large fountains we do offer buffets at an additional cost starting at $2.25 per guest. Included with the purchased buffet, a selection of Armetale platters and glassware cake risers.  We do not offer buffet service for partial number of guests in party head count. If additional guests are indicated by the venue host then you will be charged at $3.25 per head and billed to your credit card.

Up to 2 uniformed attendants will maintain the large chocolate fountains, keep the associated table area clean and serve each of your guests. This way you will not have to worry about chocolate mess issues. In addition to the large fountain rental time, we also provide up to 2 hours of set up, clean up and break down time.

Just relax, we will clean up the large chocolate fountain and the buffet we have created for you. We will provide assistance to anyone, in a very sensitive manner and with total respect for the individual, any information and techniques required for the proper chocolate fountain etiquette.

We are trained in sanitation 'HACCP' standards and have recieved certification in Culinary Arts from Austin Communtity College. Dessert Carnival has a certifed Texas Food Safety Manager at each event to ensure that proper health department sanitation methods are applied.
